Listening Back! presents Open Mic Night: Poetry and Spoken Word

GACO (Glasgow Autonomous Community Orchestra) is an improvisational collective operating in Glasgow since 2021. In collaboration with community partners such as GAS, Bonjour, and Music Broth, they have hosted Open Sessions for improvisation, open-mic nights, community fundraisers and more.

This open mic night will take place at Glasgow Zine Library on 26/09/2026 as part of GACO’s Listening Back! fundraising campaign in support of Listen Gallery’s reopening. This autumnal evening will begin with a short film screening, followed by an evening of poetry, spoken word, storytelling and everything in between. Come listen to what Glasgow has to say, and see what unfolds.
